Specification:

It suitable for cutting different size paper, such as Hamburg Paper, A4 Paper, Regular Papers ,Glass Paper, Plastic Film (PVC, OPP, PET,CPP).

1.Adopts Weinview PLC & Touch Screen and meter counter. All the working parameters can be displayed on the control monitor. Only need to setup the material thickness and initial tension data, the Micro-computer will calculate the accord data, and keep machine working automatically until the end.

2. Adopts with frequency inverter motor which is used to control the sheeting cutter movement, solid stable.

3.Adopts with Servo motor from Yaskawa for the material feeding. The precision can be highly controlled in 0.2mm.

4. Adopts with automatic braking device: 20kg/ m2 * 1PC to control the material feeding tension.

5. Adopts with special treated alloy sheeting cutter, which has a merit for long working life and durance.

6.Adopts automatic tension control system which is used to keep a constant tension for material working.

7. Equipped with auto counting system.

8. All the electric circuit is in conformity with the CE certification.

9. Equipped with emergency stop switch to realize emergency stop at any point of machine.

10.Adopts air blower to blow waste material off. (It's for thinner materials)

• Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

• First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start the machine and cutting the paper.And we will  sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

• We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free
