Machine suits to the slitting of various ultra-large type coiled material, such as plastic film (PVC,OPP,PET, CPP), paper, glass paper, aluminum-foil paper, aluminum foil, adhesive sticker, non-woven fabrics, and other coiled materials slitting and rewinding.
Machine adopts Innovance PLC control system and HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically.
It adopts 3 sets of Siemens Motor and 3pcs of YASKAWA Inverter.  Main motor is 7.5KW which used for speed of material feeding and blade shaft. And 2pcs of Rewinder Motor , each is 11KW which controlled by PLC.
Machine adopts hydraulic loading system, it have hydraulic stand full fill oil, use the cylinder control the loading and unloading, this part controlled by separate motor.
Machine adopts rectify a deviation system, it controlled by separate correction motor, machine have four guide rail in unwinding stand four corn. It can be rectify a deviation for materials. The motor thrust around 3 tons, it is no problem with your materials.
Unwinder adopts Balance Roller which used to adjust the Material Tightness, if material is wrinkled when feeding, then you can adjust the balance roller to keep it balance !
All transmission shafts are dynamic/static balance treated.
It adopts automatic meter counter. When reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically.
It adopts emergency switch.
Machine parts and wall through CNC processing, the wall more strong than before, it's thickness 50mm. And the painting adopts baking paint.

And we will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
7. If the machine's spare parts broken, where can I get?
