| 1.Machine adopts Innovance PLC control system and HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically. |
| 2. It adopts 3 sets of Siemens Motor and 3pcs of YASKAWA Inverter. Main motor is 7.5KW which used for speed of material feeding and blade shaft. And 2pcs of Rewinder Motor , each is 11KW which controlled by PLC. |
| 3. Machine adopts hydraulic loading system, it have hydraulic stand full fill oil, use the cylinder control the loading and unloading, this part controlled by separate motor. |
