Application Material

Main

• With dual-rollers center surface rewinding system,speed of each roller is controlled by individual power motor,therefore,both rollers rewind synchronously in different diameter.

• Equipped with Innovance PLC and Hightech touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. You only need to setup the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.

• Equipped with three sets of Siemens Inverter Motor with bar code, one for material

feeding, others for tension control, each is 7.5KW.

• Equipped with three sets of YASKAWA brand Frequency Inverters control the motors.

One for material feeding, the other for rewinding tension control.

• It adopts steel type spacer for the lower cutter, which is used to support slitting

paper avoid any paper folding.

• It adopts two Padal Control Emergency Switchs, which are used for on-off control.

• Equipped with one piece of 20kg magnetic brake with a strong brake tension.

• All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.

• Equipped with emergency switch.

Unwinding Section

• Hydraulic loading system to load heavy jumbo roll more easier.

Unwinding Tension Control

• Equipped with automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to gain a constant tension.
• The unwind core size, and initial unwind diameter only needs to be preset on the
• touch screen, the PLC controls it automatically. Easy Operation.

Slitting Section

Choice: razor type blade or disc type blade.

• Razor type blade for thin material like foil and film, Min slitting width is 5mm, extra is 10pcs.
• Disc type blade for thick material like paperboard.Min slitting width is 10mm.
• The Disc Cutter Assembly makes up with cutter edge, cutter holder and spring. The parts are in CNC processing. The cutter edge material is 9Crsi with high endurance.
• Equipped with automatic meter counter which will stop the machine when reach the pre-set length.

Rewinding Section

• 3" air expanding rewinding shafts is a standard configuration, we can also supply as a request.
• Synchronously dual-rollers rewinding during central surface slitting, or synchronously single-roller rewinding during pure rewinding driven by Yaskawa inverter.
• Double inverter motors for individual rewinding tension control
• Equipped with two sets of automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) implanted the PLC to gain a constant tension.
• Hydraulic Loading System to make the work easier.
• Transmission system is transmitted by chains with tension, it has merit of strong and long-life, and the chains are special treated low-noise.

Trimmed Waste

• Waste edge trimmer device is included in the slitting device. Each side of edge is used for trimming the waste edge.
• Equipped with air blower(1.2kw ) for waste edge trimming.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

Q4. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
