Main Configurations

• Equipped with Emerson PLC and 7" Hightech touch screen. All the parameters are displayed on the monitor. Touch screen gains a clear & better visual effect. Only material roll diameter and thickness needs to be setup, the PLC will give a proper parameters for machine running automatically.

• Equipped with three sets of Siemens brand Inverter Motor with bar code, one(15 kw) for material feeding, the other (15kwx2pcs) for tension control. Equipped with two sets of YASKAWA brand Frequency Inverters control the motors. One (15kw) for material feeding, the other (30Kw) for tension control.

• Equipped with 3 pieces of 15Kw Yaskawa Frequency Inverter for the motor driving.

• Equipped with 1 set of RE Brand Pneumatic Brake from Italy for the unwind tension control.

• Equipped with Ultrasonic Edge Position Control System .

• Three sets of auto tension control system are implanted the PLC, convenience operation.

Unwinding Section

• Equipped with Hydraulic Shafted Unwinder. The shaft size is 3" air shaft. And 6" Shaft Sleeve to match 6" paper core.
• Equipped with Hydraulic lift-up loading systerm for heavy material roll loading. The Max. Loading weight is around 5000kg.
• Equipped with Ultrasonic Edge Position Control Device to provide accurate slitting position.
• Equipped with 1 pieces of RE brand pnautmatic brake originally from Italy. With a strong brake tension.

Unwinding Tension Control

• Equipped with automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) to gain a constant tension.
• The unwind core size, and initial unwind diameter only needs to be preset on the touch screen, the PLC controls it automatically. Easy Operation.

Slitting Section

• Equipped with disc type blade.

the disc type blade for thick material like paperboard.Min slitting width is 30mm

• The Disc Cutter Assembly makes up with cutter edge, cutter holder and spring. The parts are in CNC processing. The cutter edge material is 9Crsi with high endurance.
• Equipped with 1 set of 15Kw Siemens Motor and 15Kw Yaskawa Inverter for the material feeding.
• It is with micro adjust device to drive the cutters in different directions to gain a perfect edge match.

• Equipped with automatic meter counter which stops the machine after reach the pre-set length.

Rewinding Section

• 2 pieces of 3" air expanding rewinding shaft for rewinding.
• The 3" air shaft could be disloaded to the floor for easy material exchange.
• The top rewinding shaft is with an hydraulic lifting device for material discharge.

Rewinding Tension Control

• Equipped with two sets of 15Kw Simens Inverter motors for the tension control. It is drove by the 15Kw Yaskawa. Synchronically control.
• It is with 2 pieces of 15Kw Yaskawa Inverter for the motor driving.
• Equipped with two sets of automatic tension controller(diameter-calculating type) implanted the PLC to gain a constant tension.

Trimmed Waste

• Waste edge trimmer device is included in the slitting device. Each side of edge is used for trimming the waste edge.
• Equipped with 1.5Kw air blow for waste material edge trimmer
• Blower pipe is 304 stainless steel for long working life.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start the machine and cutting the paper.And we will  sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

Q4. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
