Unwinding Section Shaftless hydraulic jumbo roll loading system. Fully automatic tension controller. 20kg/m2 electromagnetic brake from Taiwan CCD digital camera sensor or photocell for web guiding. Direction adjustable balancing roller, ensures roller itself always keep in tight touch with the whole web.

Slitting Section The upper circular knives are fixed by screws, and the lower circular knives are fixed by aluminum spacer, which ensures cutting precision. Disc cutter with Safety guard for the slitting device. Cutter with adjustable and movable blade base. Rotary encoder automatically metering slit length. Banana Roller to avoid overlapping problem.
Rewinding Section Automatic tucker tucks the tail, convenient for quickly trigger rewinding. 90° vertical lay-on roller, capable of moving up and down, ensures more balanced left and right pressure, wider rewinding diameter could be realized. Overlapping problem could be avoided with banana roller. Automatic cutting & gluing unit. Automatic pushing device to push finished rolls out automatically.

Feature

• Ceramic Anilox cylinder transferring the ink, long life, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reduce the number of times to replace the Anilox cylinder, highly improve printing efficiency.

• Each printing unit adopts 360° plate adjustment, can be individually toothed or loosened, which enables other printing units continue to print.

• Automatic web-guiding system is installed in the front of printing unit, it ensures the material always in the right position. (standard configuration)

• Pneumatic brake & precision regulator for unwinding tension control, tension sensor detects real-time tension.

• Video inspecting system is optional, it can inspect the printing quality when machine is running in high speed.

• Each printing unit is equipped with a set of infrared drying devices.

• When the machine stops, fountain cylinder separates from ink tray, rotates in low speed, avoids ink from drying.
