Feature

• This machine is used for slitting and rewinding of new composite material carbon fiber, glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic unidirectional prepreg tape, such as CFRTP, CFRP, FRP prepreg, thermosetting tapes, etc.

• The machine is driven by 3 servo motors controlled by plc, from unwinding, feeding, slitting, rewinding to waste discharge, the whole process is high precision operation:

• The equipment adopts a full-touch 11-inch screen with high-definition picture quality and color images, all parameters can be preset, automatic meter recording, automatic high-precision correction.

• Newly optimized transmission mode, fully automatic tension control.

• The slitting width of 6.35mm & 12.7mm for unidirectional prepreg tape can be easily realized.

• The slitting width is customized by the cutter die, which is convenient and quick to change the slitting width and cutter.

• The equipment is equipped with two sets of waste edge rewinding wheels.

• Equipped with online stripping device for thermoplastic composite materials.

• It adopts the transmission station for cutting narrow belt independently developed by Jota Machinery.

• The electrical design of this machine adopts advanced touch screen for operation, INOVANCE PLC is used to realize logic program control, and inverter speed is adjusted;

• All signals, sensors, photoelectric switches, and proximity switches adopt single-wire control of the common terminal and the signal terminal, low voltage dc24v, safe and convenient, good interchangeability, easy access, and easy maintenance;

• All signal inputs, such as switches, buttons, sensors, and output signals are displayed on the plc with luminous tubes. It is very convenient to use it to observe the working status and judge the fault

• Each operation button has complete interlocking, anti-shake, and effective control functions to ensure the accuracy of the action
