1. It adopts Siemens PLC control system and 10" touch screen, all the working parameters can be displayed on the control panel then the machine will automatic work.
2. It adopts two sets of Yaskawa frequency inverter which is from Japan to make working machine more stable.
3. It adopts two sets of Fukuta inverter motor, which is from Taiwan.
4. It adopts three sets fully automatic tension control to provide the constant tension to the end.
5. Automatic lift-up loading system for heavy jumbo roll loading.
6. A set of photocell tracking system imported from Germany.
7. Automatic meter counter to stop the machine when it reach the pre-set length.

Ø         Equipped with two sets of Siemens brand Inverter Motor with bar code, one for material feeding, the other for tension control.Siemens brand is from Japan.
Ø         Equipped with two sets of YASKAWA brand Frequency Inverters control the motors. One for material feeding, the other for tension control.
Ø         Equipped with 3 sets of Magnetic Brake/clutch from Taiwan for the unwind/rewind tension control.
Ø         Three sets of auto tension control system are implanted the PLC, convenience operation.
