Plastic Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine (JT-SLT-1300C) suits to the slitting of various material, such as regular paper, Kraft paper, bond paper, aluminum foil, film etc.

1.Machine adopts PLC control system and 7" Hightech HMI control, all the parameters are shown on the screen. You only setup roll diameter, material thickness and original tension etc, the machine can work automatically.

2. Machine adopts 3 sets inverter motors and 3 sets frequency inverter.

3. Machine adopts automatic hydraulic shaftless loading system, it is convenient for feeding.

4. Machine adopts Web Guide, its high sensitivity can assure the accuracy of material position. --- Automatic deviation-rectifying of releasing, photoelectric eye is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent material.

5. Machine adopts automatic tension controller, tensions were controlled by PLC, you need preset the unwinding rolls original diameter & thickness and rewinding rolls rewinding diameter thickness, tension will to be adjusted automatically.

6.It adopts magnetic brake, the rewinding adopts magnetic clutch * 10kg

7. It adopts automatic lift up unloading system for loading rewinding rolls.

7.All transmission shafts are dynamic/static balance treated.

8.It adopts automatic meter counter. When reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically.
