Specifications:
Fiberglass paper slitting rewinding machine JT-SLT-1300D suits to the slitting of various ultra-large type coiled materials, such as plastic film (PVC, OPP, PET, CPP), paper, fiberglass, aluminum foil, adhesive sticker, non-woven fabrics, etc.
1. PLC control and graphic touch screen HMI, all the parameters are shown on the screen. Just set up roll diameter, material thickness, original tension…, then the machine works automatically.
2. Three Siemens inverter motors are driven by 3 Yaskawa AC drive, 1 motor for material feeding and transporting, the other 2 for rewinding.
3. Automatic hydraulic jumbo roll loading, separate motor-driven, 3 tons load capacity.
4. Web guiding system (ultrasonic edge sensor, linear guideway, precision linear actuator), ensures accurate slitting precision.
5. Switch between circular knife (for thick material) and razor blade (for thin material).
6. Automatic finished reel discharge swing arm.
7. Rotary encoder metering slit width.
8. CNC processed foothold wall panel, thickness up to 50mm, much stronger.
9. Static eliminator for film material (optional).
10. Emergency switch.
